Delivery Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. UK Mainland Delivery Only.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery Timeframe
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
As our artwork products are bespoke and framed prints are made to order, lead times vary and are dependant on a number of factors. Below is a guide to the average lead times for certain products.

Print Only | Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If we have existing stock, it will be delivered within 3-4 days. |
Framed Prints | Please allow up to 14 days for delivery except during peak periods such as Christmas where delivery may take up to three weeks. |

Framed Prints | Framed print & certificate will be packaged in bubble wrap with corner protectors and shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes specifically designed to hold framed pictures. |
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mattwhaley.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
For the avoidance of doubt, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@mattwhaley.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
